All products are handmade, therefore there is a chance of imperfections within each product. These are not defects or damages, as we inspect each item prior to posting them.
All dimensions are approximate and can slightly differ. Colors of the products can also slightly differ from the pictures.
Please note that each product is signed by the artist (Sangnan Song) on the bottom as pictured in each post.
Please be gentle when handling “textured” items, as the glaze can potentially flake off. This is completely normal and due to the nature of the glaze.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at cozypotterystudio@gmail.com to start a return.
Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
The item must be returned in its original condition, we are not responsible for damage caused during return shipping.
Shipping Policy
Free shipping is available for all products on our shop. All products are shipped through UPS Ground as soon as possible, but please allow at least 1 week to receive your order.
International shipping is currently unavailable on our shop, please contact us at cozypotterystudio@gmail.com if you would like to purchase from us from outside of the US!
